West Coast Retreats Presents - Tangle Island 2026

Tangle Island is back again this year with a wonderful 3-day retreat of classes by Certified Zentangle Teachers. There are a few little changes that will make your experience even better! Check out all the information below and then get ready for registration to open January 19th.

Date: June 11-13, 2026 Time: 1:30 PM, Thursday to 4:00 PM, Saturday

Location: 2182 Comox Ave, Comox - The Little Red Church

Cost: $355 CAD (about $260 US)

Hands-on projects and lessons include:

  • 7 different class sessions

  • Special morning tangle time with Jerryann

  • A new book structure and tangling with Nancy

  • Unique and personal tangled items with Natasha

  • Textured Dragonflies with Deb

  • Tangling on fabric with highlights with Nancy

  • Care and share special project of tangling

  • and much more!

Shopping anyone? Several CZTs have agreed to host a sales table with their tangle and art supplies. There will be a lot to choose from so bring a few extra CAD dollars and take home something unique.

What else is included?

  • Transportaion from the airport to your hotel (if needed)

  • Gift bag of goodies and thank you from West Coast Retreats

  • Healthy snacks, two lunches and one dinner with your dietary needs in mind

  • Special outing to our new local art store and picnic lunch to a celebrated park and marina

  • Free tangling and sharing time Thursday and Friday nights
